Warranties

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Each snow machine comes with the manufactures warranty, limited lifetime warranty, or warranty providing the following criteria is met:

  1. The machine is not allowed to run dry of our Liquid Snow Fluid.
  2. The machine has not been run using any chemical or liquid snow other than our Liquid Snow.
  3. The machine has not been dropped.
  4. The machine has not been disassembled in any way.

Having met these criteria any snow machine that fails to work during normal operations will be serviced and/or replaced with another snow machine. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur the costs of shipping the machine to us, and back to them. Upon receiving the machine for repair or replacement, it will be to our sole discretion as to whether all warranty criteria has been met. Upon choosing to have the machine looked at for possible warranty work, client must fill out a warranty report form, which is to be included with shipment. We will do everything possible to address your machine concerns promptly and efficiently.

 

Warranty Replacement Program

In the case you are in need of another machine immediately before we receive yours for diagnosis, we offer an exchange program. In this case a cost of $250 will be incurred by the client and we will directly ship out another machine (new or refurbished). Along with this cost the client will also be responsible for a full deposit towards the actual purchase price of the replacement machine & shipping costs, until a determination has been made regarding whether the original machine is covered under warranty. If the original machine is determined to be covered under warranty then the full deposit placed towards the purchase price of the replacement machine will be credited back to the client. The most proficient way of doing this is to use a credit card where in we put a hold on the amount for the replacement machine until the warranty issue is resolved.

Our Order Policy

All orders placed with Atlanta Special Fx are prepared or assembled once the payment has been received.  As such all parts are custom ordered and prepared once the order is processed.  All orders processed are completely non refundable and all sales are final.  Should a purchaser decide to cancel an order once it has been placed and the payment has been applied, Atlanta Special Fx may, or may not, issue a credit towards other services.  This decision can only be approved by Atlanta Special Fx management.

 


 

    LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Snowman - Retail

Each Snowman is covered by a limited ONE-YEAR warranty for manufacturing defects related to the power cord, pump and fan when used in non-commercial application. Any misuse, abuse, or negligence automatically voids our warranty. The use of any liquid or materials other than water and approved solutions automatically voids this warranty. Atlanta Special FX is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages and liability is limited to repair or replacement of the snowman at atlantaspecialfx.com sole discretion. Atlanta Special FX is not responsible for physical damage, scratching, tube damage, after shipping from manufacturing facility. This warranty excludes all cost of shipping and related expenses.
